15/04/2026 The Lumina fire pit on display at the ADI Design Museum 15 April, coinciding with National Made in Italy Day and just ahead of Milano Design Week, marks the official opening of the 29 th ADI Compasso d’Oro Award exhibition at the ADI Design Museum. Collectively, the projects featured in the exhibition offer a profound insight into contemporary life through the lens of design, focusing on research, innovation, and the emerging roles that bridge the gap between production, technology, and the social sphere. Such a diverse representation of the contemporary scene reflects the enduring legacy of Italian design, a tradition that has documented the evolution of our changing world for more than seventy years. The exhibition features the Lumina fire pit, a piece designed by Claudio Papa and selected by the ADI Permanent Design Observatory. Having secured its place in the ADI Design Index 2025, Lumina is now competing for the ADI Compasso d’Oro Award 2026.
